Welcome to nellore iCAI
The Nellore Branch of the Southern India Regional Council (SIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) was established in the year 2011. The branch was officially inaugurated on December 30, 2011, by Hon’ble CA. G. Ramaswamy, the then President of ICAI, New Delhi. The first chairman of the Nellore branch was CA. M. Chandra Mouli, who, along with the collective support and efforts of other office bearers, played a crucial role in its inception.
Since its inauguration, the Nellore branch has been dedicated to fostering a strong sense of belonging among students through the Southern India Chartered Accountants Students Association (SICASA). By organizing various student-centric events, the branch has provided a vibrant platform for aspiring chartered accountants to enhance their knowledge and skills. Additionally, it has facilitated the mandatory training programs such as the Information Technology Training (ITT) and Orientation courses, ensuring students receive essential professional education and development opportunities.
Beyond student engagement, the Nellore branch has become a vital hub for professional networking and continuous learning for its members. Under the leadership of various chairman over the years, the branch has successfully conducted numerous programs, events, and seminars, creating a space for knowledge-sharing and professional growth. This tradition of supporting both students and members continues to thrive, reinforcing the branch’s commitment to excellence in the field of chartered accountancy.
With a strong foundation and an unwavering focus on professional development, the Nellore branch of SIRC of ICAI continues to be a beacon of learning, collaboration, and growth for the accounting community.
